Responsibilities:

· Perform installation, configuration, patching and upgrading of Oracle server

software and related products.

· Provide consultancy and implementation of advanced configuration such as

Oracle Real Application Clusters, Oracle Data Guard and Oracle Replication.

· Perform technical troubleshooting and give consultation to customers and

development teams.

· Perform database health check, database tuning and performance monitoring

· Perform database administration tasks such as backup and recovery, managing

database objects, and database security

Requirements:

· Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

· Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle 8i, Oracle9i and/or 10g

· Familiar with common operating systems such as Solaris, Linux, Windows

· Having working experience with other RDBMS such as MS SQL Server, DB2

is an advantage

· Strong technical knowledge and problem solving skills.

· Good communication skills and customer-oriented

· Able to manage and work well with people in all levels

· Oracle Certified Professionals are preferred
